2009 Pro Series Information        "ONE LOW HANDICAP OR PRO SERIES PLAYER WILL EARN A PAID ENTRY INTO THE 2009 OKLAHOMA OPEN"

The Pro Series will be new venture in 2009. The goal is to offer true Pro players the chance to compete for large cash purses and reasonable entry fees and
without the added cost of long hours traveling, hotels and other expenses. All Pro Series events will be played on the same weekends as other O-Tour Flights,
unless demand becomes great enough to offset each event. The O-Tour will limit the amount of Pro Series events in 2009 to 6 events, 3 of which may be 54
Hole events. These events will be formatted much like the other Pro Mini Tours throughout the country. The Pro Series is for players able to compete at this
level, entry fees are higher but payouts will be very large.

3- 36 Hole Events (No Cut, Saturday/Sunday)
3- 54 Hole Events (36 Hole Cut, Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Purses will be guaranteed 30% and ties payout to the field
First place will be at least 12% of the total purse
Fields will be limited to 76 players unless otherwise stated by the O-Tour director

Pro Series Details
The Oklahoma Pro Golf Tour will put on no more than 6-7 Pro Series events in 2009 continuance will be determined by player turnout at each event. Pro
Series events will be played on the same weekends as the regular O-Tour events unless turnout requires us to offset weekends. There must be a minimum of
12 players in the Pro Series at each event. If the quota is not made Pro Series players will have the option of a full refund or a refund of the difference
between their entry fee and Championship Flight entry fees and be able to play in the Championship Flight.

Pro Series Membership Fee Join Today
Membership will be the same as all other flights, $125 for 2009. There will be no discounted membership fees. All membership fees are non refundable.

Payouts
All Pro Series events will payout 30% to the field & ties. 54 hole events, all players making the final round cut will receive a check. First place winners will be
paid at least 12% of the total purse. All players placing in the money will have their checks mailed to them by the Tuesday following each event. All change of
address need to be turned in as soon as possible. Checks will be mailed out to the last known address. All players receiving checks will be required to provide
a social security number or tax ID number.

Pro Series Tournament Format Schedule
Pro Series will consist of no more than six 34 hole and 54 hole events in 2009. Events will be stroke play gross score. No cuts for 36 hole events. 54 hole
events will have a 36 hole cut. The field will be cut to the top 20 players and ties or 30% and ties of the starting field. All Pro Series players must maintain a 5
handicap or less, this means no matter who you are you must submit a verifiable handicap and if you're handicap becomes greater than a 5 the player will be
bumped into the Championship Flight and allowed to play at that handicap until the players handicap becomes a 5 or less. Carts may be used for all 2009 Pro
Series 36 hole events and are included in the entry fee, 54 hole events will be walking.

Tournament Size
The size of each field will be made up of the first 76 players with members having priority over non members. If demand becomes greater the O-Tour may
increase the size of the field.

Event Deadlines
The deadline for Pro Series events will be the Monday prior to each event. Any entry's after the Monday deadline will be subject to a late entry fee and will not
be guaranteed a spot. Members will have priority over no members.

Entry Procedure Enter Event
To enter an event, all players must register online and pay by credit or debit card or mail in checks. Checks will be accepted as long as they are received by
the entry deadline. Personal checks will not be accepted after the entry deadline. The O-Tour will offer credit or debit card payments via Pay Pal on the Pro
Shop page of the website.
36 Hole Event Entry Fees Will Be $399 for members, if paid by entry deadline. After entry deadline $429
54 Hole Event Entry Fees Will Be $699 for members, if paid by entry deadline. After entry deadline $729
36 hole event entry fees will be $474 for non members if paid by entry deadline. After entry deadline $504
54 hole event entry fees will be $774 for non members if paid by entry deadline. After entry deadline $804

Practice Rounds
The O-Tour will work with each course to secure a discounted practice round one day prior to each event. It is the responsibility of each player to schedule a
practice round tee time at each course.

Dress Code
Players are allowed to wear shorts while playing in Pro Series events. Collared shirts are required and must be tucked in. No jeans, jean shorts, sandals or flip
flops are allowed during Pro Series events.

Amateurs
Amateurs are welcome to play in O-Tour Pro Series events, but are not eligible to win prizes. All Pro Series players will be considered professional unless
stated on entry form.

Withdrawals and No Shows
Withdrawals will be accepted for any reason, without penalty, when notice is given by 5 PM the Thursday before the event. Players must call the O-Tour to
officially withdraw. Withdrawals and no shows after the Thursday deadline will forfeit their entry fee for that event. Medical and personal withdrawals  after the
Thursday deadline must be accompanied by written documentation within 36 hours of the deadline. There will be a $75 fee. No refunds will be given after
players have teed off.
