2009 O-Tour Format

There are 4 flights to choose from. We have changed our flights to the below. If there are not enough players in the new Scratch & Championship flights
we will combine the two. The O-Tour reserves the right to combine flights into one making bigger payouts.

    Pro Flight (0) Players must maintain a gross average of 81
    Championship (0-9) handicaps
    Contender (10-18) handicaps
    Senior (50+)(0-15)

Until we have at least eight players in each flight we will combine Pro & Championship and Contender & Senior. If Senior flight is combined with
Contender, Senior players will play from Contender Flight tee boxes with a (TA) Tour Adjusted HCP, unless otherwise directed by the O-Tour. Once
we can make 8 players in each flight we will split them up. Occasionally we will combine all flights, in which case everyone will play from the back
tees.

Tee Box Assignments for 2008:
    Scratch: Pro Tees
    Championship: Pro Tees
    Contender: 1 box forward of back tees. Depending on course.
    Senior: Same tee boxes as Contender unless otherwise stated.

2008 Membership fees are $150 per year, and include all events for the 2008 season. Entry fees for 1 day events are $125 and 2 day events are $250. These
fees will not change except for the O-Tour Invitational.

Major Championship Requirements:
    -To qualify for 1st or 2nd in the O-Tour Classic in April- You must play in at least 1 event.
    -To qualify for 1st or 2nd in The Open in July- You must play in at least 3 events.
    -To qualify for 1st or 2nd in the Tour Championship in October- You must play in at least 5 events.
    -To qualify for the O-Tour Invitational in October- You must be top 8 in points (per flight)

One day events will use net score to determine winner. Two day events will use net score each day (Saturday gross 85, 5 HCP, net 80 Sunday gross 80, 5
HCP, net 75 for a two day total of: 155 Net. Amateurs are welcome but must fill out the necessary paperwork
and can not accept any award more than a $750 gift certificate. Any Amateur that places in the money will be awarded a gift certificate for the amount in
which they placed to a major golf store. Gift certificate's and second place on down payouts will be mailed out the Tuesday following the event.

Each member must provide one of the following for their handicap:

    GHIN# (We will take the 3 most recent scores and put them into our system)
    Golf Q# (We will take the 3 most recent score and put them into our system)
    Turn In 3 Score Cards signed by you and an official from the course
    Home course name & number, we will verify (Same as above)
    Play in 3 O-Tour events to establish a handicap. You will not be eligible for 1st or 2nd until after            your 3rd event. Handicaps will be adjusted
after every tournament, up or down.

The deadline for each event is the Monday prior to the event (this does not mean you can't enter the event). Each player will be charged a cancellation
fee of $30 after tee times are posted. No refunds will be given if you do not show up for the event you have entered. There will be a $15 late entry fee
after the Monday deadline.

The O-Tour will post tee times and pairings for each event the Thursday prior to event by 8PM.

USGA rules of golf will apply in all O-Tour events. The O-Tour reserves the right to enforce local rules.

Follow all course and O-Tour regulations.

The Oklahoma Pro Golf Tour will file all Bogus Checks with the Wagoner/Muskogee County District Attorneys office. If you write a bad check you
will lose your check writing privileges.

You can pay the day of the event with cash or money orders. If you choose this option when filling out your entry form and you do not show up for the
event you will lose your opportunity to pay at each event.

Cheating and Bad behavior during an event will not be tolerated. Anyone caught cheating or destroying course or O-Tour property will be suspended
for 1 event. If you are caught a second time you will be expelled for the remainder of the season, no questions asked!

The O-Tour will offer a couple of side games at each event for those who are interested. Side games will be payable by cash only the day of the event.
