way hold The OK Pro Golf Tour, LLC and /or it's affiliates responsible for damage or injury to your personal property and
furthermore abide by OK Pro Golf Tour rules and regulations. Entries after the Monday deadline posted will be subject to
a $15 late entry fee. Any player who cancels after the Thursday pairings & tee times are posted will be subject to a $30
cancellation fee. Personal checks will not be accepted after the Monday deadline. Membership fees are non refundable.
