Event Description: This is a two day tournament for Championship, Contender Registration Begins: Saturday Tee Time: Sunday Tee Times: Member Cost: Championship, Contender/Entry's After Deadline Add $15 Non Member Cost: Side Games Skins: $10 Payable By Cash Only Day of Event 2's: $10 Payable By Cash Only Day of Event All players receiving money will be required to submit their SSN# or Tax ID# (Skins & 2's Not Included) Cancellations: Refunds after the Thursday pairings will be subject to a $40 cancellation fee. If you choose to Pay At Event and do not show you will lose this privilege and pay the $40 cancellation fee at your next event. All entry forms must be in by the deadline. Entry's received after the deadline will be subject to a $15 late fee. Pay Pal receipts do not constitute an entry form. Must be an O-Tour entry form either by fax, online or mail. All entry forms must be in by the Monday deadline! No exceptions. There will be no guarantee on available spots for late entry's.
